Booking via chat — the assistant will ask for:
- Full name
- Mobile
- Email
- Preferred date (not Sunday)
- Preferred time between 09:00 — 17:00
- Short reason
Bookings must be at least 3 hours ahead. The team will send confirmation email manually (within 2 hours).
