Booking guide
Booking via chat — the assistant will ask for:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Preferred date (not Sunday)
- Preferred time between 09:00 – 17:00
- A short reason
Bookings must be at least 3 hours ahead. The team sends the confirmation email with the meeting link manually, within 2 hours.
