By using our website (www.aspirecodeai.com) or contacting us through it, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). Withdrawing consent will not affect any processing already carried out before your request.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

5. Data storage and retention
Your information is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to:
- Fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., completing a project discussion or internship process)

Once this purpose is fulfilled and no legal requirement to retain the data remains, we will delete or anonymise your information within a reasonable period.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes restricting access to personal data to authorised personnel only.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
